This is a timeline of the Santa Clara County Basic Income Pilot Program for Transitioning Foster Youth, the first of its kind in the country. It is meant to give background information to others interested in exploring the possibility of replicating the pilot in their localities.

TheFund For Humanity addressed the Santa Clara County Board about Universal Basic Income. In turn the Board decided to explore that idea and research it further.
